Todd and Hiroko had two marriage ceremonies - one in Hawaii and one in Japan.
For their 20th wedding anniversary Todd commissioned a piece for Hiroko to reflect both celebrations. I designed a reversible pendant with blue sapphire and diamond waves on one side and pink cherry blossoms on the other.

Inspired by one of Pablo Neruda's beautiful poems, this ring incorporates sapphire and diamond vines...

A ring from my new collection, the butterfly ring.

This ring was commissioned by Lori, who chose a deep-medium blue sapphire with lots of flash and sparkle for the centre stone and matching precision cut blue sapphires for the five butterflies.

Ben commissioned this wedding ring and engagement ring for his beautiful Australian fiancée Kendal.
The large green sapphire was mined in The Gemfields - a sapphire mining district in Queensland Australia.

The inscription on the inside of the ring is from Ephesians 5, which includes the words "two will become one". In this ring two rings become one, the wedding ring locks in place between the two bands of the green sapphire engagement ring.

Billy commissioned these rings for Emily, whose favourite flower is the daisy. The diamond wedding ring locks in place underneath the pretty yellow sapphire and diamond daisy engagement ring...

"I proposed to Emily back on the 23rd and all went well! She absolutely loves the ring and can't stop looking at it. Everyone who sees it is impressed with how perfectly it matches her personality. It was great working with you!"

I hear many beautiful love stories from my clients, some of my favorites involve the sea: the marine biologist who proposed with an underwater writing slate whilst diving coral reefs with his partner; a proposal on a tropical island beach under the stars; the man who spent a year at sea circumnavigating the world and proposed to his girl when his boat sailed in.

For those watery love stories, I designed this wave ring. Shown here with blue sapphires and diamonds.

Bogdan commissioned this graceful river ring for Elena.

The river bed is set with blue sapphires - from deep blue through to medium blue sapphires which match the flashy precision cut centre sapphire.

Rob and Rachel had a wonderful first date, but they met just as Rachel was about to fly to the UK for months away. However, as Rob writes.... "the Icelandic Volcano errupted, planes were unable to fly and her trip was canceled. We saw each other many times during the time she would have been traveling; in a very real way that volcano made the relationship happen."

Inspired by Rob's wonderful story, I designed and made Rachel's volcano ring, in celebration of the firey serendipity that brought them together.

I made these his and hers candlesticks as a wedding present for some dear friends. The candlesticks' silhouette exactly matches their face profiles.
They are milled from solid aluminum and stand 15cm tall.
I was prompted to make them after browsing though some of my old psychology books and re-reading the work of Danish Pyschologist Edgar Ruben.
